From Chris Bryant at 2009-08-19 22:06:27 : Hi Richard, visited this site in 2007 and looking at the weather and surroundings it was close to that time when you yourself had been there. My interest lies in the fact that my mother started her service here in the WAAF. I snapped quite afew pics of the station and village with information given by my mother and local people as to what various biuldings were used for. The last time I visited was back in about 1964-65 when I remember finding a small brick built hut crammed full of theatricle gear including a very accurately made BBC camera! Not quite the bit of Mossie I was hoping for!
